Erica brings experience in advanced medical aesthetics and a 25-year background in massage and wellness to her role at Optima MD. Her approach combines careful attention to skin health with warm, personalized care, helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment choices.

Her experience includes medical laser and light-based treatments, Morpheus8 radiofrequency, SkinPen microneedling, chemical peels and other in clinic specialized skin treatments. With a strong understanding of professional skincare, Erica helps clients develop practical routines that complement their treatments and support their individual skin goals.

Erica believes thoughtful care begins with listening. She takes time to understand each client's concerns, explain their options, and create a treatment plan that respects their preferences and comfort. Her focus is on healthy-looking skin, subtle enhancements, and an experience that feels supportive from consultation through follow-up.

Based in Victoria, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dog, training at the gym and travelling the world.
